Although, I always love Lauren's vocals, this is different from the style of her earlier albums. Except for two or three tracks, I didn't care for this style at first. Years after this album's release, I finally decided to give the entire album another chance. It finally grew on me. I came to appreciate the album in its entirety, and I can now play the album all the way through without skipping tracks. It still isn't my favorite Lauren album, but I now appreciate it so much more than I originally did.
